Office Manager, Corner Brook
Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with Total Coverage Fire Safety in search of a full-time permanent Office Manager. You are expected to be professional, organized and understand our client needs. In this position you are primarily responsible for managing the office, creating a positive client experience, for connecting with new and existing clients and for managing administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation, invoicing, and payroll administration. You will be responsible for arranging and coordinating the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire and life safety equipment for clients.

Total Coverage Fire Protection specializes in all aspects of fire protection services, commercial and residential. They are dedicated to providing clients with reliable, professional service that’s a cut above the rest.
Their fleet has grown from a single, unmarked service vehicle to a small fleet of TCFP units that service customers all over the West Coast and the Greater Northern Peninsula.
The Job
- Reception/Front Desk
- Customer Engagement
- Invoicing
- File Management
- Document Control
- Field Service Report preparation
- Organizing documents and files for payroll administration
- Scheduling fire alarm, extinguisher, and fire suppression system inspections
Qualifications
- College or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Comfortable working in a digital based office role – collaborating with other office location and team members through various applications and software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
