Jump Recruitment Specialists are seeking highly skilled candidates for the position of Licensed Architect / Project Manager, on behalf of our client – Powers Brown Architecture. This role is based in St. John’s, NL.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and estimate design fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Assist in running the St. John’s Office and prepare strategic plans for project success.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
  • Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team staff and assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program with a minimum of five years of experience.
  • Working Knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office programs is required.
  • Management and leadership skills, with outstanding initiative to guide and supervise team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to promote and sell services
  • Strong organizational and creativity skills
  • Advanced analytical and time management skills
  • Budgeting and financial knowledge
