In this position you are primarily responsible for creating a positive client experience, for connecting with new and existing clients and for assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation and booking appointments.  You will be responsible for arranging and coordinating the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire and life safety equipment for clients.

 The Job

• Scheduling customer appointments
• Customer engagement
• File management
• Document Control
• Field Service Report preparation
• Sales support
• Distribution of materials to customers
• Scheduling fire alarm, extinguisher, and fire suppression system inspections
• Preparation of customer invoices

Qualifications

• College or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
• Proficiency with Computers and Microsoft Products (Excel)
• Attention to Detail
