Qualifications:
•    Professional registration along with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
•    Working knowledge of Autodesk, Buzzsaw & Revit
•    Proven ability to lead teams of junior architects/designers and technicians
•    Strong sense of building systems integration and detail
•    Ability to contribute experience and expertise to workload and resource management
•    Attitude of learning, training and using teamwork to draw out the strengths and overcome challenges
•    Capable of handling challenging clients and consultant teams
Healthcare design and planning experience will be a definite asset.

Responsibilities:
•    Senior level Project Management duties in design management, contract admin, scheduling, coordinating sub-consultants, etc
•    Serve as main point of contact for clients during the development of the project scope
•    Execution of design work specific to assigned projects
•    Business Development such as, creative design, external communication, client interaction
•    Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members
•    Contribute positively to a group-work environment
