Senior Landscape Architect

Our client is a prosperous, creative Landscape Architecture office that strives to be on the leading edge of design and presentation technology. They are searching for talented individuals who have experience working on complex site design projects.  They want a team leader eager to help them develop their expanding portfolio of projects.

The successful candidates will require over 10 years of experience working on a variety of small and large-scale projects. Highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals with outstanding design abilities and a passion for their profession will be strongly considered.



Qualifications:
• Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Full CSLA membership or qualifying eligibility  
• Strong design skills from concept through detailed design, working drawings and     
  contract documents
• Strong technical skills in grading and ability to interface smoothly with architect and
  engineering disciplines
• Practical experience with on-site construction inspection and project management
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2010
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with PhotoShop, PowerPoint and other imaging software
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with proposal writing
