ESTIMATOR

Our Client is a reputable and well-respected commercial construction company that provides construction services in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Due to their continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced, positive, career minded construction professional. 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for bid solicitation, quantity take-off, pricing, preliminary scheduling and tender closings.

Qualifications include:

•    Degree in Civil Engineering or CET certification or a diploma from CIQS as either a CE or PQS
•    Minimum 5 years experience in construction estimating
•    Proficient in MS Word, Project and Excel
•    Strong verbal & written communication skills
•    Must have exceptional organization skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and work within specific deadlines in a fast paced environment
